our office

Who We Build For

Certified Concrete Construction works for the people who need commercial concrete delivered to spec and on schedule.

General contractors. Most of our work is subcontracted through GCs managing larger commercial and civil scopes. We’re set up for bidding, bonding and coordinating inside GC-managed projects, and we aim to be the concrete sub you don’t have to chase.

Developers and property owners. From retail centers and office parks to industrial facilities and mixed-use sites, owners rely on us for site concrete that handles traffic loading, drainage and long-term maintenance demands.

Municipalities and public agencies. We’re experienced with city, county and state work, including jurisdictional specifications and documentation requirements. See our public works concrete contractor page for more on how we handle public projects.

Commercial Concrete Services We Self-Perform

Because we self-perform, one crew carries your scope from layout through finishing. That means fewer handoffs, clearer communication and a single point of accountability on the pour schedule.

Curb and Gutter

Curb and gutter manages stormwater and protects pavement edges on roadways, parking lots and site entrances. We pour to the civil drawings with tight grade control. Not sure which profile your project needs? Our guide to the types of curb and gutter explains the options.

ADA Sidewalks and Ramps

Accessibility work has no room for guesswork. We build ADA sidewalks and ADA ramps to slope, landing and cross-slope requirements, including difficult sites with switchbacks and tight transitions. Our ADA ramp slope requirements guide covers what to verify before the pour.

Concrete Paving and Flatwork

Drive aisles, loading areas, access roads and large flatwork slabs all depend on correct subgrade, joint layout and curing. We pour concrete paving with attention to jointing and doweling, and 3D laser screeding helps us hit tight flatness tolerances on larger pours. Our guides on concrete pavement joint layout and why concrete pavement outperforms asphalt go deeper.

Demolition, Repair and Replacement

Existing sites need work too. We handle concrete demolition and concrete replacement and repair for sidewalks, curb, slabs and pavement, phased to keep properties operating whenever possible.

Architectural and Specialty Concrete

Some commercial projects call for more than standard flatwork. Our guide to architectural concrete walls shows how form and function come together in commercial design. When the schedule is tight, high early strength concrete can get surfaces back in service faster.

How We Deliver Commercial Concrete Projects

Preconstruction review. We study the drawings and specs, take off quantities and flag conflicts early so problems get solved on paper instead of in the field.

Value engineering. We don’t stamp drawings, but we work with engineers on practical alternatives that protect quality while controlling cost and schedule.

Self-performed construction. Our own crews form, place and finish the work, coordinated around inspections, phasing and other trades on site.

Inspection and closeout. We build to the approved plans and stay responsive through inspections and punch-list items so the project closes out cleanly.
